Trivia

  • 2009} Most of the demonic eyes were not contact lens but digital effects.
  • 2009} Linnea Quigley, who played Suzanne in the Night of the Demons (1988), makes a short appearance in an early scene, wearing the same ballerina costume and shot from the same angle as she was in her first scene in the original film.
  • Amelia Kinkade choreographed her own dance routine.
  • One of the most memorable scenes in the film is Angela's seductive dance, set to the classic Bauhaus track "Stigmata Martyr", which came about as a result of Amelia's background as a professional dancer. When the scene became an instant fan favorite, the producers later put a similar dance scene in both of the sequels, Night of the Demons Part 2 (1994) and Night of the Demons Part 3 (1997), each also starring Kinkade, who did the choreography for all three dances.
  • Although he is uncredited Frank Welker provides the voice for Angela when she is possessed.
  • When we first see Angela (in the convenience store) she is wearing cross earrings. Later in the movie when she is dancing with Stooge (and she has become possessed), her cross earrings are upside down. A popular sign of "the devil".
  • Amelia Kinkade explains on interview that an ice bucket was provided for her to extinguish the liquid and fire on her hands right after she does the warming her hands on the fire scene or else the liquid and fire would have burnt off her hands had she waited too long.
