The Armless Men are minor antagonists in the 2006 American horror film Silent Hill and its sequel.
Soon after arriving in the town of Silent Hill, Rose Da Silva and Officer Cybil Bennett are attacked by these eerily humanoid figures.
Appearance
The Armless Mens are emaciated human figures with diseased-looking skin, very thin legs, featureless faces, and no arms. Their movements indicate that they have arms, but they are trapped underneath their skin as though they were wearing straight jackets.
