- The film takes multiple images and visual stylings from Seth Ickerman's music video "Turbo Killer." Both stories deal with a mysterious stranger in a gas mask as well as ethereal beings with inverted crosses on their bodies. The video was for electronic artist Carpenter Brut, who provided the music for this movie's soundtrack.
