Ebirah is the main antagonist of the 1966 Japanese kaiju film Ebirah, Horror of the Deep.
The Red Bamboo terrorist organization's illegal activities on the Letchi Island in the South Pacific have generated sufficient radioactive waste to mutate a shrimp into a gigantic creature that begins to guard the island.
Appearance
Ebirah is an enormous shrimp-like creature with a red bumpy exoskeleton, two antennae, two large claws (one larger than the other), and a nose like that of a goblin shark.

Fate
Ebirah's claws are ripped off by Godzilla, causing it to flee.
Trivia
