The Giant Squid is a ginormous cephalopod featured in the 1954 live-action film 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
Appearance
This cephalopod resembles an ordinary squid with eight long arms, two whip-like tentacles and colored eyes.

The squid is killed when Ned Land threw a harpoon at the beast which struck it right between its eyes and resulting in it sinking beneath the waves while managing to cut Captain Nemo free of its tentacles and arms when he got caught in them earlier during the fight.
