Key Face is the main antagonist in the 2018 film, Insidious The Last Key.

The parapsychologist Dr. Elise Rainier has nightmares with her childhood in New Mexico, where she lived with her brother Christian, her supportive mother Audrey and her father Gerald, who frequently beats her when she claims that she sees ghosts everywhere in the house. When the client Ted Garza calls Elise to ask for help because he is haunted since he moved to a house in New Mexico, Elise refuses the request since the address is the same house where she spent her childhood. However she changes her mind and accepts the job and travels with her assistants Specs and Tucker to New Mexico where they will discover an evil entity in the house. A demon from Elise's past, known as "Key Face".

• Various Further spirits within the Five Keys penitentiary complex, that prominently feature in the film's various trailers ended up omitted from the finalised film.
• The codename used for the film was Fallout.
• The Keyface Demon much like the series other inhuman spirit the Lipstick Face Demon exists only to cause pain and death to others.
• As of the fourth instalment: there are five characters with the ability to astral project into the Further: Elise, Josh, Dalton, Carl and Imogen. Quinn Brenner and Melissa Rainier appear in the Further but only as a result of their soul being seperated from their physical body and being taken to the Further.
