Pyramid Head is a major antagonist in the 2006 American horror film Silent Hill and its sequel.
This tall imposing figure is a slow-but-steady pursuer, chasing after Rose Da Silva as she chases after her daughter in the town of Silent Hill.
Appearance
Pyramid Head is a tall humanoid figure whose head is famously obscured by a gigantic steel helmet shaped like a triangular wedge of cheese. On each side of this helmet is a grate, possibly for air ventilation. Pyramid Head is incredibly muscular and wears no shirt; his only clothing is an "apron" made of human skin. His main weapon is the Great Knife, a 5-foot long blade that he drags across the floor.
