The Sugarplum Fairy, also known as Ballerina Dentata, is a minor antagonist in the 2012 American comedy horror film The Cabin in the Woods.
The Sugarplum Fairy is one of the monsters provided by the Ancient Ones and contained by the Facility.
Appearance
The Sugarplum Fairy resembles a young Caucasian girl in a ballerina outfit; however, her face is dominated by an enormous lamprey-like mouth with numerous circular rows of teeth.
