When the containment unit is shut down, thousands of ghosts flood the city, one of them entering a taxi cab through the tailpipe and manifesting as a zombie taxi driver.

The Taxi Driver Ghost is a zombie-like figure with decaying skin, gnarly teeth, and large eyes with yellow irises. He wears a dark gray cabbie hat, a white collared shirt, and a tattered brown jacket.
