The "Problem" Creatures are the antagonists in the 2018 film, Bird Box (Based on the 2014 novel of the same title by Josh Malerman).
In the wake of an unknown global terror, a mother must find the strength to flee with her children down a treacherous river in search of safety. Due to unseen deadly forces, the perilous journey must be made blindly. As the occurrences spread, the something is believed to be some sort of "creature" and the situation referred to as "The Problem".

The "Problem" Creatures is invisible/never seen or described because those who see it immediately go mad and commit suicide.
