The Patriarch is an antagonist in the 2019 film, Blood Vessel.
Somewhere in the North Atlantic, late 1945. A life raft adrift at sea, and in it, the survivors of a torpedoed hospital ship: With no food, water or shelter, all seems lost - until an abandoned German minesweeper drifts ominously towards them, giving them one last chance at survival. The doomed Nazi vessel has unearthed an unnamed bloodsucker from somewhere in Romania. It models the vampire as a family unit that are only really defined as strigoi.
Appearance
The Patriarch emphasizes the Bat-Human features associated with vampires. Long sharp claws, bat-like facial features (including a bat nose and vampiric teeth. The large bat ears complete the bat visage. It has those yellow vampire eyes and the disposition of the blood sucking demons as well.
