The Runner is a Xenomorph spawned from an animal host featured in the 1992 film Alien 3.
Appearance
The Runner shares the same basic physical conformation and instincts as a bipedal Xenomorph, although it typically adopts a different posture, primarily running on all fours like an animal in a quadrupedal manner and possessing digitigrade hind legs. It also lack the spikes of Xenomorphs and is more red-brown when compared to black Xenomorphs.

Fate
The Runner is killed by Ellen Ripley, who covered it in molten lead and drenched it in water from fire sprinklers, causing the Runner to explode.
